The ERA Grants module encompasses both Proposals and Awards.

Proposals

All ASU sponsored projects are initially entered in the system as an ERA Funding Proposal. Internal forms, departmental reviews and approvals, and (in some cases) submission to funding sponsors takes place in the Proposals system within ERA Grants.

Awards

Post-award sponsored projects administration is managed in ERA Awards. Currently, only the Award Management Team (AMT) performs activities within ERA Awards. However, award and sponsored account information is available to Research Advancement (RA) professionals.
