Here you can find monthly chartbooks and pivot tables, resources for competitive analyses of national sponsored project data from four-year degree-granting U.S. colleges and universities, and interactive reports of internal sponsored project data for ASU investigators and affiliates.
To run reports related to investigator and unit sponsored project activity and credit, use the KE Analytics Monthly Research and Sponsored Projects Pivot Table. (Refer to the Systems Access page for additional information and instructions for requesting access to KE Analytics.

As of Academic Year 2023-2024, all annual evaluations for ASU academic personnel utilize the ASU Vita CV. As faculty prepare for the promotion & tenure review process, unit staff may receive inquiries regarding sponsored project data in ASU Vita.
An ASU Vita Dashboard is available via the KE Analytics Reports. This dashboard allows unit staff to see how ERA data is presented in the ASU Vita system and help faculty understand (and maintain) their sponsored data.
Sponsored project data is pulled into ASU Vita from the Enterprise Research Administration (ERA) system between the 15th and 30th of each month via a monthly manual data load that is managed by KE Analytics and Enterprise Technology (ET). Any changes to KE Records in ASU Vita must occur in ERA and, depending on timing of the change, may take 4 to 6 weeks to be reflected in ASU Vita. Pre-proposals are not reported in ASU Vita.
Academic personnel can manually enter proposal and award data in ASU Vita for projects that are managed by the PI and/or unit outside of ERA. See See ASU Vita: Research Sponsored Project Activity Section > Part 2 Sponsored Projects Not Administered by KE.
