The rate is 26.0% of Modified Total Direct Costs. The F&A rate type is predetermined through June 30, 2020. Thereafter, the rate of 26.0% will be provisional until issuance of a new rate agreement.

MTDC shall exclude equipment, capital expenditures, charges for patient care, participant support costs, student tuition remission, rental costs of off-site facilities, scholarships, and fellowships as well as the portion of each subgrant and subcontract in excess of $25,000.
