Faculty Workshops and Other Training Opportunities
- The Online Video series provides a general overview of project identification, development, execution, and administration @ ASU.
- Workshops are routinely scheduled to provide greater detail on selected topics.
- The Resources page provides links to required training when human subjects, laboratory animals or environmental health & safety concerns are associated with a project, as well as links to other helpful, project-related ASU and sponsor resources.
Staff Training Programs
Level 1
Introduction to Research Administration @ ASU (RA@ASU) is an intensive series providing the basic concepts within the field of Research Administration. Understanding and applying these concepts creates a solid foundation for efficient support to investigators in all stages of project development and execution.
Level 2
General overview of project identification, development, execution and administration @ ASU provided by the Online Videos and greater detail on selected topics provided in routinely scheduled Workshops.
Level 3
Certified Research Administrator (CRA) Study Sessions are designed, for those meeting eligibility criteria, to prepare for this professional certification. Achieving this credential demonstrates high technical competency in the field and career progression opportunities within the Units and ORSPA.
