Grants.gov New Contact Center Hours

As of October 19, 2009, the Grants.gov Contact Center will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Contact Center provides customer service to the applicant community. The new extended hours will provide applicants support around the clock, ensuring the best possible customer service is received any time it’s needed. You can reach the Grants.gov Support Center at 1-800-518-4726 or by email at support [at] grants [dot] gov.

Grants.gov and Recovery Act Webinar Series

Grants.gov hosted a three-part webinar series on August 13, 18 and 20, on Recovery Act Money and Grants.gov. In addition, on August 12, a webinar on finding federal Recovery Act funding for contracting and grant opportunities was presented by Grants.gov and FedBizOpps.gov.

Grants.gov Recovery Act and System Alleviation Notice

Grants.gov has announced that select programs may choose to use alternate systems to process grant applications during the heightened period of demand caused by the Recovery Act.

Adobe Reader 8.1.4 and 9.1 are Now Compatible with Grants.gov

Testing for Adobe Reader versions 8.1.4 and 9.1 is complete. These versions are now compatible with Grants.gov. For more information on Adobe Reader please visit the updated Adobe Reader FAQ section of the Grants.gov site.

Grants.gov Transition to Adobe Complete

PureEdge applications at Grants.gov are no longer in use. All applicants wishing to submit a grant application package are required to use the Grants.gov compatible version of Adobe software to do so. See the full article on the Grants.gov website for more information.
