Content Introduction:
Coeus maintains a record of every official award modification. It also tracks every edit made to an award. The tutorial below shows you how to access and print this information.
Before printing and award modification, it's a good idea to view the award's modification history to make sure you are printing the correct modification. To view it, first open the award, then click on the Money and End Dates tab.

Next, click on the History button at the right.

A window will open showing the "Award Sequence" information. When an award is officially modified, a new sequence is created. Within each sequence, there may be times when data need to be edited. For instance, if it is entered incorrectly into Coeus. Each of these edits is given a number and recorded as a new row under the appropriate sequence.

To print the Award Modification, choose File > Print Delta Report from the menu bar.

The dialog box below will appear. In the top field, choose the sequence number you would like to print. In the bottom field, choose the row number (see above) that corresponds to the edit you wish to print. In this example, the second row of sequence two will be printed. Once you've made your selections, click on the Print button at the right.

Coeus automatically prints to your default printer. To learn how to print to a different printer, see the Printing Overview tutorial.
See an example of a printed award modification. Note that the sequence number is listed as 2.2. This indicates sequence two, row two. The number before the decimal indicates the sequence number and the number after the decimal indicates the row number. An asterisk is used to indicate which fields have been modified. In this case, the asterisks indicate the changes that occurred between sequence 2.1 and sequence 2.2.
