This hands-on workshop will introduce faculty and staff to the basics of locating funding from government, foundation, and commercial sponsors, and the use of the PRIDE opportunity development website to help identify funding opportunities. Workshop participants will also learn how to set up automatic funding alerts based on their individual research interests in Community of Science (COS), and develop their profiles in ASU’s Expertise database. Faculty and staff will learn how to use funding research as part of a strategic effort with short and long term funding goals.
