The web-site was updated to include the recently completed and approved “Submit and negotiate”, “Setup Award”, “Negotiate Subcontracts” process flow charts and their work instructions.

Now we have 5 of the 7 processes  “Define Opportunity”, “Develop Proposal”,  “Submit and negotiate”, “Setup Award”, “Negotiate Subcontracts”  completed, approved,  published and can be used for training and reference.

We are currently working on updating the “Execute Project” process which will be followed by the “Closeout Project” process.
