About Us

The Contracts & Subcontracts team negotiates all sponsored project contracts with industry and supports sponsored project officers who are responsible for negotiation of contracts with non-industry sponsors. Contracts & Subcontracts processes all material transfer agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

Contracts officers and contract specialists serve as the liaison between University General Counsel, Arizona Technology Enterprises (intellectual property manager for ASU), and others.
