Coeus Basics
Working with Multiple Windows
Within Coeus, users can have more than one window open at once. Users can minimize, maximize,
and restore any window within the Coeus environment. These windows can also be arranged in various
ways, as described below.
As an example, we’ll open the three primary modules and close their search screens.
- Choose Maintain > Awards, then click on the Close button to close the search screen
- Choose Maintain > Proposals, then click on the Close button to close the search screen
- Choose Maintain > Subcontract, then click on the Close button to close the search screen
In the default view, the windows are layered one on top of the other. You can only see one window at
a time. The window on top will always be the most recently opened window.
To switch between windows, choose Window from the menu bar and then select the window you wish to see.
You can also cascade and tile the windows so that you can see more than
one window at once. To cascade the windows, choose Window > Cascade from the
menu bar or click on the shortcut button:
To tile the windows horizontally, choose Window > Tile Horizontal from the menu
bar or click on the shortcut button:
To tile the windows vertically, choose Window > Tile Vertical from the menu bar
or click on the shortcut button:
To layer the windows again (the default view), choose Window > Layer from the
menu bar or click on the shortcut button:
