Coeus Basics

Notice of Award

A notice of award, sometimes referred to as a "pink sheet", can be printed from the award module.

Access the Award Module by choosing Maintain > Award from the drop-down menu or by clicking on the shorcut button:

Search for the award and open it.

Choose File > Print Award Notice or click on the shortcut button:

The dialog box below will appear. You can choose what you would like to include in the printout by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes. Note that you can select or deselect all of the checkboxes using the two buttons at the bottom. Once you've made your selections, click on the Print button at the right.

Coeus automatically prints to your default printer. To learn how to print to a different printer, see the Printing Overview tutorial.
