Coeus Availability

Weekly scheduled maintenance occurs Friday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The databases will frequently be unavailable during this time period.

Using Coeus

Coeus is a computer system that ASU uses to help with research administration. You can learn more about Coeus at the About Coeus page. There are two ways to use Coeus: the desktop application and the web application.

The desktop application is a software program that must be installed on your computer before you can use it. Currently, most Coeus features are only available through the desktop application.

The web application does not need to be installed on your computer and can be accessed from any computer that has access to the web. Currently, the web application is only being used by investigators to maintain conflict of interest information. In the future it will be able to perform many of the same functions as the desktop application.
